Justin has found a way to combine his business degree from BYU, his law degree from University of the Pacific, and his Spanish-speaking skills to establish his own immigration law firm. He has been an active member of the Bar since 2012 and established his own business in 2015.

Irene has been with Sweeney Law since 2016 and has extensive experience in all areas of immigration law. Currently, she primarily handles court cases and helps monitor and train the rest of the staff. She is hardworking and extremely loyal.

Yvanna has been at Sweeney Law since 2017 and has quickly gone from secretary to one of our most trusted caseworkers. She now helps Irene with court cases and stays active with other USCIS work as well. She’s extremely detail-oriented and invaluable to our team’s success.
Ariana Figueroa

Ariana has only been at Sweeney Law since late 2017 but is quickly becoming famous for her work on waivers. She’s never lost one! Ariana handles large chunks of our USCIS casework, including adjustment of status applications, marriage and fiancee petitions, waivers, naturalization packets, and DACA and consular processing work.
