Irene manages complex case preparation, conducts in-depth legal research, and coordinates trial logistics to support attorneys. As a Senior Litigation Paralegal, she plays a critical role in drafting legal documents, organizing evidence, and ensuring cases are trial-ready.
Irene joined SLI in 2016 and is our most senior member of the staff. She handles removal defense, asylum and other complicated court cases.
She also helps train other members of the staff who wish to handle court cases and remains one of the most valuable members of the team.
No one has sacrificed more for this office than Irene, one time driving all the way to San Francisco to file something urgent to make sure it was done on time!
