Service Highlights

If you have ever been the victim of a crime it is very important to call the police and report it. This can often lead to protection and a work permit through either the U visa or VAWA process. Sadly, the most common of these cases is domestic violence. If you are in a compromised situation seek for help from government resources like the Marjoree Mason Center here locally or other similar houses that can provide refuge from a dangerous situation. Both the VAWA and U visa cases, if won, almost always lead to a “green card” and work authorization. Please reach out to our office for any help on these sensitive cases.

"When my dad got his green card renewal denied for a mistake from another law firm we contact Sweeney Law to help my dad become a U.S. citizen and [not] have to worry about his green card anymore. Sweeney Law made the process super easy. They were [...] organized about everything. Yvanna was amazing. She made the process so much easier and answer[ed] every question we had. My dad pass his citizenship test today and is officially a U.S. citizen. We couldn't be more happy about this accomplishment. We want to thank [The] Sweeney Law Team and Yvanna for the amazing experience."
